Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Karen Walker purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and protective coverings are included to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
